Excellent for quick preparation of milk froth for cappuccino, caf latte, hot chocolate, etc. Heat milk ideally whole/semi skimmed to 60C and pour it into a high narrow vessel. Submerge the whisk into the milk, turn it on and whisk until the froth becomes thick 15 to 20 seconds turn the whisk off before removing it from the milk froth. Requires 2 AA batteries the batteries are not enclosed.
