I bought a bed in December 2008 and received my bed within 24 hours. A few months later I had a small problem with the bed and emailed the sales person who assisted me on my purchase. He contacted me within an hour and the manufacturing company called me the very next day who promised to solve the problem within two days. WOW, THIS SIDE UP, YOU'RE THE BEST, THANKS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE. From Reception to Sales Person to Delivery and Manufacturer. I will recommend anyone to you.

Finally a company that lives up to their promises! We bought a lovely bunk bed with mattresses for my daughter as we were redoing her bedroom. We were even able to choose the colour to match! This is the first time I have bought furniture online and I can say we have been most pleasantly surprised by their level of service.
