    Really nice experience. Almost my whole basket was settled and delivered promptly with one title from Ster Kinekor taking a while. I understand that this is because SA shops have to use these local distributors even if importing is sometimes quicker on a low stock title - I decided not to take the partial refund and avoided the hassle of importing myself. With the combination of price and service and a friendly Anne I will definitely keep coming back.

    Their complete lack of costumer service came to the point of making me Nauseous. After 16 Working day's, at least 20 Voice messages and 20 emails (all previous mentioned from me) my order status was still unknown. I will never shop with them, and would recommend them to anyone. Unless your into pulling your hair out and gnashing on your teeth!
