Larry Crowne

Larry Crowne (Tom Hanks) suddenly has plenty of time on his hands after finding himself without his blue collar job. He enrols at his local collage to find a new start in life. There he develops a crush on his teacher Mercedes Tainot (Julia Roberts) and becomes part of an eclectic community of outcasts, students and the overlooked all trying to find a better future. With every reason to think that his live has passed him by learns an unexpected lesson: when you think that everything meaningful in life has passed you by, you might discover your reason to live.
