I recommend buying it
I got my G74SX from WebAntics.co.za and as I'm sure you know it isn't an everyday purchase. Asus has built a very nice gaming laptop in the form of the G74SX, which is a strong, quad-core rig that handles gaming and productivity tasks with relative ease. It lacks extensive ports and a killer design, but serious PC gamers who can't afford a boutique machine will like itStrengths: The Asus G74SX packs gamer-friendly components into an understated case, and includes a large 160GB SSD and plenty of RAM
Weaknesses: It's very expensive but it isn't going to be something you need to buy every year
